BehindBin processes account details (name, email, hashed password), optional phone number, town/city, postcode, driver preferences and experience, business and depot details, messages, applications, reviews and technical security records.
We use this information to operate accounts, show opted-in drivers to eligible companies, facilitate applications and messages, administer the platform and protect against misuse.
Driver profile visibility and business contact permission are controlled in profile settings.
We do not ask for uploads of right-to-work documents or driving licences.
We do not sell personal data.
Access to driver profiles is limited by account permissions and depot location.
Data is stored in the application database; third-party email, payments and analytics are not connected in this MVP.
You may request access, correction or deletion by contacting the operator.
A final privacy notice must identify the controller, legal bases, retention periods, processors, international transfers, complaint rights (including the ICO), and contact information before launch.
Do not enter real personal data into a publicly accessible test deployment.
